the front desk service was subpar. i inquired about a taxi fare and the staff member walked away. phone calls from the room went unanswered. the front desk and bell staff seemed unhelpful and lacked basic knowledge, even struggling to provide change. the hallways had a noticeable cigarette smell.

Wonderful amenities and perfect location

Reception provided good service. Maintenance was very prompt in bringing a safe to my room. I appreciated that indoor parking was available in the hotel building's parking lot. The location is excellent. It is a short walk to the main square. The staff was kind and always ready to help (charmed me!).
The room's isolation was not good. I could hear people nearby.

My beautiful king room included a comfortable king bed. It also had a spacious work desk and a seating area with a sofa. I found the room clean with modern decor and plenty of natural light, all adding to the experience.

Excellent Stay in Great Location

The hotel is in a central location, I found it very convenient. There is a tram stop nearby. It made getting around easy. The hotel has been renovated recently. The rooms felt fresh and new.
I had a slight issue. The minibar was empty, I think it should be stocked.

The gym features modern equipment. I counted three treadmills. There are also two stationary bikes available. The pool area offers guests ample space to relax, including twenty loungers and a shaded area for those avoiding direct sunlight.

Breakfast includes many choices. I saw different dishes and high-quality food. The restaurant is serving local dishes. The experience was very enjoyable. The service at breakfast was great.
